Terms and Conditions of Sale

The Company permits the use of this Website subject to the Terms and Conditions. By using this Website in any way, you shall be deemed to have accepted all the Terms and Conditions unconditionally. Princess Crossing Security Assist ((Pty)Ltd is herein referred to as Security Assist.


All orders are valid for 24 hours or until stock lasts. The stock is sold on a first come first serve basis. Payment for any order must be made upfront and must reflect in our account before we process the order. All orders placed after 14:00 (*Business Hours only) will only be processed the following business day.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without prior notice as and when required, and are usually linked to changes in the Rand Dollar exchange rate.


In the event that you need to return your equipment, we will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling provided you meet the minimum criteria. There will be a 15% restocking fee based on the total price of your order plus all associated insured freight costs to return materials to our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number from Security Assist. The equipment must be in new condition meaning the original boxes must be in the same condition as when received and the equipment must not have been installed, damaged, or scratched.

Security Assist  will accept returns of equipment for a period of 7 days after the original purchase date. Return insured freight is the responsibility of the buyer. No goods can be returned after 7 days or will be taken back if opened

Refunds will be credited in the same manner in which payment was received (i.e. credit or debit card, or company check for all other payment methods).

Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for refund from the time Security Assist  receives your equipment return. You will be required to sign the Refund/Return Policy Statement prior to receiving any credit.

Order Processing

We process and ship orders Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.

Shipping Info/Shipping Claims/ Refunds/Replacement 

Please read our Shipping Policy Carefully. Claims resulting from shipping damage will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve with the carrier.


All warranties are covered by the manufacturers themselves and dealt with in the same way as if this item is purchased from an authorised retail outlet. No Warranty from damage from natural disaster No Warranty if the serial number label is missing, damaged or tampered with. All warranties are with the manufacture’s / distributors of the products and is not with Princess Crossing Security Assist.

All goods sold carry a minimum of 1-year Carry-in warranty with the manufacturer’s

Manufacturers must be contacted directly for warranty queries after 7 days of acceptance of goods

Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty procedures

Limitation of liability

Security Assist cannot be held liable for damages, consequential or inconsequential, resulting from the installation or operation of equipment.

E. & O.E ( errors and omissions excepted)

“Errors and Omissions Excepted” simply means that every care is taken to ensure that all information on this website is present and correct, but there may still be errors on this website. If you find an error or omission, please let us know, and we will correct it as soon as possible after verification. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused, but due to the vast amount of products listed, we cannot always offer the exactly described product at the specified price if errors and / or omissions are present. We will not be held liable for any claims or damages caused by errors and omissions so it is advisable to check both specification and pricing before ordering or using information provided on this website.
